The Kansas City Chinese Association (KCCA) announces our New Year Gala Events to celebrate the Year of Rabbit!  New Year Gala is a tradition of the community to welcome a Lunar new year.  This year our celebration, themed “Journey” includes the following two events:

(Stage performance includes Chinese folk dance, classical dance, Chinese folk song singing, Chinese traditional musical instrument performance, etc.)

Chinese Culture Showcase and Entertainment (Free)

3:30pm – 6:30pm

(The lobby activities include Lion dance, Tea ceremony, Traditional Chinese painting, Spring festival couplets, Tai chi, Paper cut, Face painting, Traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese fashion show, Visual display of ancient Chinese cultural, Chinese Go and Chess, Family photo, Family games, etc.)
